Introduction
This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions applicable to you when registering, purchasing, bidding, selling, and carrying out any other activity on the manufacturer's site. By using or purchasing on this site, you agree to be bound by, and to comply with, these terms of use. This Agreement describes and governs the entire agreement between the manufacturer and you, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings regarding the Site, its content, the computer programs made available through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. Changes to this agreement may be made and take effect at any time, without specific notice to you. The agreement posted on the Site reflects the most current version, and you should review it carefully before using the site.
Use of the Site & Prohibitions
The Site allows you to post offers, sell, advertise, bid, and buy online. However, it is prohibited to: (a) use the site, including its services and tools, if you cannot form legally binding contracts, are under the age of 18, or have been temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using the site, services, or tools; (b) post items in inappropriate categories or areas; (c) collect personal information about other users; (d) manipulate the price of any item or interfere with other users' listings; (e) post content that is false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or slanderous; (f) take any action that may undermine the feedback/rating system. To complete registration on the site, you must provide your full legal name, current address, a valid email address, and other required information, confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, and you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity and content posted under your account. You must not transmit worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
Payments and Invoice Processing
The manufacturer has sole discretion to set payment terms. Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be received before an order is accepted. Payment for products must be made by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice itself, counted from the issue date. An order may be invoiced separately. The manufacturer has full discretion to cancel or refuse orders, is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer, and reserves the right to cancel orders resulting from such errors. Invoices must be paid within 15 days of the issue date. For purchases that are not made by an end consumer, the manufacturer reserves the right to charge a late fee of 1% per month on undisputed past-due amounts, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, renewed every 30 days.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased on the site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
Editing, Deleting, and Modification
The manufacturer may edit, delete, or modify any term of this Agreement, at any time and at its sole discretion, by posting a notice or a new agreement on the site. Your continued participation in the program, and continued visits to or purchases on the site after a change notice or new agreement is posted, constitute binding acceptance of the change.
Acknowledgment of Rights
You acknowledge that all rights, titles, and interests relating to the site, including intellectual property rights, belong to the manufacturer, and that you will not acquire any right, title, or interest in the Program except as expressly set out in this Agreement. You must not modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any service, software, or documentation, nor create or attempt to create a substitute or similar product/service through use of, or access to, the Program or related proprietary information.
Fraud
Fraudulent activity is closely monitored on the site. Should fraud be detected, the manufacturer will pursue all available remedies, and you will be responsible for all costs and attorneys' fees arising from such fraudulent activity.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the United States, without reference to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of this Agreement is irrevocably submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States, to the exclusion of any other courts, regardless of your state or country of residence. The agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter addressed here is contained entirely in this document, and no other agreement relating to it will bind either party.
Your rights, of any kind, may not be assigned or transferred to third parties, and any attempt to do so may result in termination of this Agreement, with no liability to the manufacturer. The manufacturer, however, may assign this Agreement to any person, at any time, without prior notice. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be held invalid or unenforceable by a court, that provision will be enforced only to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.
Privacy Policy
The manufacturer's privacy policy is incorporated into, and is subject to, these terms and conditions of use.
Content Ownership
All content on the official site belongs to the manufacturer or its content providers, who claim all ownership rights, including intellectual property rights. Copying content without permission is not authorized. Requests to use content, or notices of alleged intellectual property infringement, must be sent by email to contact@dentitox-product.com, describing the alleged infringement in detail, including the factual and legal basis for the claim.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, including the policies expressly incorporated into them by reference, constitute the entire agreement with the manufacturer regarding use of the official site.
These terms apply to the manufacturer's official website (dentitox24.com), not to this independent information page. Reproduced here for reference and transparency.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters a great deal to us. This policy describes how information is collected and used by the manufacturer.
Introduction
The company collects information in different ways from Visitors and Subscribers who access the various parts of its Services and the network of sites accessible through the Service. This Privacy Policy describes how the company collects information from all end users of its Internet Services — those who access some of the Services without having an account ("Visitors"), as well as those who purchase Products or pay a subscription fee ("Subscribers") — what is done with that information, and the choices available to Visitors and Subscribers regarding the collection and use of that data. Although appropriate measures are taken to safeguard against unauthorized disclosure, we cannot guarantee that personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in a manner inconsistent with this policy.
Registration
Subscribers may be asked to provide personal information when signing up for Products or Services, including name, address, phone number, billing information (such as a credit card number), and the type of computer used to access the Services. This information is used to manage the Subscriber's account (such as for billing purposes) and may be shared with third parties as described in this policy. In joint promotions with partners, certain personal information (name, address, username) may be provided to the partner solely for the purpose of offering other products and services — the partner may not use that information for any other purpose. Aggregated, non-identifying profiles may also be generated from registration information (e.g., total number of Subscribers, without names), which may be used to sell advertising on the Services. With purchases, a Subscriber's contact information may be provided to business partners, who may contact them by phone after the purchase; sale proceeds are processed by the partner company.
Partners and Sponsors
Some products and services may be offered together with an affiliate, independent contractor, or unaffiliated partner, who may need to collect and maintain personal information in order to provide those products and services to Visitors and Members.
Online Shopping
When making a purchase or signing up to receive materials (newsletter, catalog, product updates), you may be asked to provide your name, address, email, phone number, and credit/debit card information. For orders placed for someone else (e.g., a gift sent directly to a recipient), the recipient's information may also be requested. The company has no control over how third parties use any personal information provided in such cases — please exercise caution. Information provided in orders placed directly with the company is used to process that order and may be shared with outside partners.
Online Advertising
Information collected from Visitors and Subscribers through registration, surveys, and promotions may be shared with advertisers, including for tailored advertising based on the audience an advertiser or joint-venture partner wants to reach.
Responses to Email Inquiries
When Visitors or Subscribers send email inquiries, the reply address is used solely to respond to that inquiry.
Voluntary Customer Surveys
Periodic surveys may be conducted with customers. Responses may be aggregated with those of other customers to produce broader, generic responses (gender, age, place of residence, hobbies, education, employment, industry, and other demographic information), used to improve the quality of our services and develop new products. This aggregated, non-identifying information may be shared with third parties.
Promotions
Polls, contests, sweepstakes, games, content, or other promotions may be sponsored or co-branded with third parties. Because of these relationships, third parties may obtain personally identifiable information voluntarily submitted — the company does not control how those third parties use that information.
Special Cases
The company may use or share Visitors' or Subscribers' personal information, without further notice or opt-out, for the uses described in this policy. It may also disclose personal information, at its sole discretion, to: credit or collection agencies, commercial database providers, law enforcement, or as required to comply with the law (such as the Electronic Communications Privacy Act and the Children's Online Privacy Act) or government/legal requests; to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone violating the Terms of Use; to operate the Services properly; or to protect the company and its Subscribers.
Browser-Level Information
Web servers may automatically collect a user's IP address, browser type, and the referring/destination URL of their browsing, information provided by the browser itself. This data is stored in a database and used in an aggregated, anonymous manner for internal analysis of site traffic patterns. Third parties may also be used to collect data, including through web beacons.
Notice to California Residents (CalOPPA and the California Business and Professions Code)
This policy identifies the categories of personally identifiable information collected through the site and the categories of third parties with whom that information may be shared. The company does not maintain a process for consumers to review or request changes to their personal information collected through the site. Under California's SB 27, California residents have the right to receive, once a year, information about third parties with whom their data was shared for marketing purposes during the prior calendar year, along with a description of the categories of data shared. To make such a request, email contact@dentitox-product.com with "California Privacy Request" in the subject line, including the site's domain name, your name, address, and email. A response will be sent within thirty days.
Cookies and How We Use Them
A "cookie" is a small data file that may be placed on your device when you visit certain sites, used to collect, store, and sometimes track information for statistical purposes and to improve our products and services. Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can typically set your browser to display a warning before accepting a cookie, or to reject cookies altogether — disabling cookies may limit certain features of the site. Advertisers and partners may also use their own cookies, outside the company's control. Remarketing may be used through Google Analytics, AdRoll, and Facebook. Third-party vendors, including Google, may show ads on sites across the internet, using first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on past visits to the site. Google's interest-based advertising data, or third-party audience data (age, gender, interests), may also be used with Google Analytics. You can opt out of personalized Google Analytics advertising at google.com/settings/ads and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Our Commitment to Children's Privacy
It is the company's policy to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and all other applicable laws. Access to the site is restricted to persons eighteen years of age or older. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to access this site for any reason; no information obtained through this site falls within the scope of COPPA and it is not monitored in that manner.
Public Forums
Any information disclosed in a Subscriber directory, or other public areas of the site or the internet, becomes public information — please exercise caution when disclosing personal information in such spaces.
Data Security
Security measures are in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of information under the company's control. Despite efforts to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that these measures will prevent third parties from unlawfully obtaining this information.
In the Event of a Sale or Bankruptcy
Ownership of the company may change in the future. In the event of a sale, merger, public offering, bankruptcy, or other change of control, your information may be shared with the person or business that comes to own or control the site.
Types of Information We Collect
In summary, depending on how you interact with the site, we may collect: account registration data; contact information for customers/affiliates; first- and third-party cookies for site operation and behavioral advertising; demographic data (age, location, gender); email interactions (opens, clicks); job-application data, where applicable; feedback and support requests; mailing/postal address for newsletters; mobile-device identifiers; order data (name, address, email, phone, card) to process purchases; co-branded promotion data; survey responses; sweepstakes/contest entry data; site interactions (clicks, forms, device/browser); and web logs (browser type, operating system, IP address, domain, referring page, date/time).
Revisions to This Policy
The company reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this policy and its Terms of Use at any time, by updating this posting. Your use of the site after such changes are implemented constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of those changes — please review this policy before each use. Personal information may be shared with third-party partners and affiliates for the purpose of relevant offers, promotions, research and analysis, or targeted advertising; those third parties have their own privacy policies and are prohibited from using the information for any purpose other than as described here. Information may also be shared in the event of a merger, acquisition, or corporate reorganization, with reasonable steps taken to keep your data protected.
